Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of InhouseSEO (“Service”), operated by IWD Holding BV, registered in the Netherlands.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service description
InhouseSEO is an SEO analytics and workflow platform for professional use. The Service provides:
- Google Search Console data aggregation, analysis, and reporting
- Keyword research and competitive intelligence (powered by third-party data providers)
- SERP tracking and historical position monitoring
- Automated alerts and performance reports
- AI-powered SEO analysis via Anthropic Claude MCP integration
- Team collaboration through organizations and shared workspaces
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
2. Accounts and access
2.1 Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may authenticate via email/password or Google OAuth.
2.2 Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@inhouseseo.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
2.3 Organizations
Accounts may belong to organizations. Organization admins can manage members, properties, and settings. You are responsible for the actions of users you invite to your organization.
3. Data and integrations
3.1 Your data
You retain all rights to the data you provide or generate through the Service. By using InhouseSEO, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
3.2 Google Search Console integration
By connecting your Google account, you authorize InhouseSEO to access your Google Search Console data using the webmasters.readonly scope (read-only). We will:
- Only access Search Console data — no other Google services
- Use your data solely to provide the features described in this Service
- Comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements
You may disconnect your Google account at any time via your account settings or via Google Account Permissions.
3.3 Third-party data services
The Service uses third-party SERP crawl services to enrich your analytics with keyword volumes, competition metrics, and SERP data. By using these features, you acknowledge that limited data (domain names, keywords, location codes) is transmitted to these providers for processing.
3.4 MCP connector (Anthropic Claude)
The Service offers an MCP connector that enables access to your SEO data through Anthropic’s Claude assistant. Use of the MCP connector is subject to:

- Anthropic’s Terms of Service
- OAuth authentication scoped to your account
- Rate limits (100 requests per minute per organization)
The MCP connector provides read-only access to your analytics. It cannot modify your account or data.
3.5 Slack integration (optional)
If you connect Slack, alert notifications may be delivered to your configured Slack channels. This integration is optional and can be disconnected at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls
- Use the Service to scrape, resell, or redistribute data in violation of third-party terms (including Google’s)
- Share account credentials or allow unauthorized third parties to access your account
- Use the Service in any manner that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Plans and payments
5.1 Plans
The Service is offered under various plans (including free and paid tiers) with different feature sets and usage limits. Plan details are described on our pricing page.
5.2 Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.
5.3 Failed payments
If payment fails, we may restrict access to paid features until the payment issue is resolved. We will notify you before restricting access.
5.4 Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact info@inhouseseo.ai for billing inquiries.
6. Intellectual property
6.1 Our rights
InhouseSEO, its software, interface, documentation, branding, and content are owned by or licensed to IWD Holding BV. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
6.2 Your license
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.
6.3 Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, we may use them without obligation or compensation to you.
7. Availability, warranty, and support
7.1 Availability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
7.2 No warranty
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IWD HOLDING BV DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
7.3 Third-party data accuracy
SEO metrics, keyword data, SERP results, and other analytics provided by the Service are derived from third-party sources and Google Search Console. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IWD HOLDING BV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IWD Holding BV and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Data you provide or make available through the Service
10. Termination
10.1 By you
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting info@inhouseseo.ai.
10.2 By us
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, extended inactivity, or if required by law. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.
10.3 Effect of termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will cease
- We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, and 11) will remain in effect
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
12. General
- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IWD Holding BV regarding the Service.
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
- No waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page
- Notify you via email or in-product notification at least 30 days before changes take effect
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
